We are two former television news producers, one of whom later became an Episcopal priest (long story) but both of whom are now retired.   We moved to Sandwich in March 2017, making 3 Boardwalk our home 9 months of the year, and a 340-square-foot houseboat our summer home for the other three.

When we started looking at beach properties---and we looked at a lot of them---we fell in love with 3 Boardwalk because it's got all the benefits of an oceanfront property without actually being directly on the ocean: there's the beauty (and safety) of the saltwater marsh and Mill Creek in between. Yet the views are amazing: saltmarsh, dunes and ocean. Birds galore. Breathtaking sunrises. Incredible kayaking. The sounds and smells of the sea.

And we LOVE Sandwich. It's a great town with good food,  good people, and plenty to do!
